If you have provided your personal information over this web site in connection with a background screen ordered by Global HR's client, Global HR may use your personal information to perform your background screen for that client. Global HR will not use your information to conduct a background screening investigation and create a report unless Global HR's client has provided a certification required by the FCRA and any other applicable law. In this certification, Global HR's client certifies to Global HR that it has a legally permissible purpose for ordering the background investigation and that it has, to the extent required by applicable law, obtained your informed consent to conduct the background investigation. The collection and use of information shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged the Global HR Service. Data Retention: Global HR will retain data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Clients. Access: As a consumer reporting agency, Global HR has no direct relationship with the individuals whose data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to Global HR's Client (the data controller) which has transferred such data to Global HR for processing. If the client requests Global HR to remove the data, Global HR will respond to its Client's request within 30 business days. The Client will then provide access to the individual as determined under the applicable local data protection law.
Notice: As an agent processing information under the direction of its Clients, Global HR has no direct relationship with the individuals whose data it processes.
