Jim Parker, Global HR Research (GHRR) Chief operating officer, was featured in Naples Daily News. Parker graduated from the University of Tampa and then the Navy’s Aviation Officer Candidate program in Pensacola. Then Parker went on to serve 25 years in the Secret Service serving the highest levels of security for the department of Treasury, Homeland Security, and the White House.
Parker goes on to talk about why background screening is so important and his assets to GHRR. He also gives tips for applicants and stresses to be careful what you put on Social Networking sites such as Facebook, he tells kids that if you put it online at age 12, it will be there when you’re 50.
