FORT MYERS, FL – December 16, 2013
For the fourth year in a row Global HR Research (GHRR), a leading provider of pre-hire intelligence solutions including talent screening, assessment, and acquisition was recognized as one of America’s leading screening providers by HRO Today Magazine’s annual Baker’s Dozen report. GHRR ranked number three out of over fifty-two companies that applied for this exclusive list and of the thirteen that made this list. This is GHRR’s fourth consecutive year to make the Baker’s Dozen list of top screening providers.
“It is an honor to be recognized by our clients and by HRO Today with this year’s Baker’s Dozen award for screening and assessment. In an industry where customer care is so vital to success, it’s imperative that GHRR delivers on our commitment to provide better candidates, smarter hires with incomparable customer support. The recognition is a testimonial to our staffs’ commitment to being the best day in and day out as well as year after year.” said Brandon G. Phillips.
GHRR was first recognized on the HRO Today Baker’s Dozen list of leading background screening and assessment providers in 2010 with a ranking of number one in the breadth of services category. In 2011 as well as 2012, GHRR maintained a high ranking in all categories while extending its winning streak to three consecutive years. This year, GHRR did not disappoint and is now one of the few companies to be ranked four years in a row by HRO Today Magazine. GHRR achieved a personal best in 2013, earing the number three overall position.
HRO Today strives to provide senior executives with unparalleled learning, meeting, and networking experiences on corporate responsibility, human resources and financial management. Each year, HRO Today identifies companies throughout multiple industries who appear on their Baker’s Dozen list. These rankings are determined through a process in which industry providers are identified and anonymous customer survey responses are gathered for each provider listed. Those who respond are requested to disclose information related to what services they have received from the provider, the scope of those services, and finally the quality and satisfaction of service. This year, GHRR ranked number two in the Breadth of Services and number three in Quality of Service. The answers from each respondent are weighed by a predetermined algorithm based on importance. The scores are calculated in three subcategories, as well as overall scores and rankings are based on those scores.
“This honor comes at a significant time as the human capital industry continues to fragment with M&A activity. Companies and their HR leadership are demanding better service from their providers and GHRR has shown our ability to stand out in a crowded marketplace. We believe in client focus and our commitment is to continue to strive for excellence by providing industry leading solutions for selection and screening without compromising the most important aspect of business, client needs” said Phillips.
GHRR believes that hiring is the most important thing you do. Don’t trust it to just anyone, trust it to Global HR Research!
