Dorothy “Dottie” Acosta brings over 20 years of international business, and client satisfaction experience to GHRR in her new position as Vice President of Client Success. Passionate about building long term relationships with a broad constituency including customers, strategic partners and internal teams, Ms. Acosta drives cross-team collaboration and alignment with a knack for finding and facilitating possibilities for people. Her leadership and direction to the organization’s implementation, client support, client success/satisfaction, account management, and client life cycle functions will ensure GHRR is driving value for its clients.
Attorney, Ashley Sykes, joins GHRR as Vice President of Compliance and Government Relations helping organizations and HR decision makers streamline the talent acquisition process by delivering industry leading background screening and drug screening solutions. Ms. Sykes’ experience representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law including compensation and benefits issues, termination and severance-related matters, and day-to-day HR compliance questions will help clients make better hiring decisions. Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating employment agreements and creating compliant human resources policies, procedures, and handbooks.
Brandi Rorie brings over 12 years of background screening, and account management experience to GHRR as the new Sr. Director of Account Management and Migrations. With a demonstrated record of experience in performance and metric monitoring, trend and competitive analysis, sales, account management, business development, and project management; Ms. Rorie will drive achievement of business objectives, support commitments, and process improvements for GHRR. Her expertise includes building and managing high-performing teams and developing effective client and employee relationships.

For GHRR, Ms. Berte will manage strategic partnerships adding even greater value to joint customers while helping organizations and HR decision makers streamline the talent acquisition process by delivering industry leading background screening solutions. Todd Eiseman brings over 15 years of SaaS, IaaS, UCaaS, software, and cloud computing sales management experience to his new position as Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations for GHRR. Renowned for his success in building, leading, and scaling sales organizations; Mr. Eiseman will create and execute enterprise solution selling processes that drive predictable and repeatable results for GHRR. His expertise includes increasing bookings and revenue productivity across B2C, SMB, mid-market, and Enterprise Sales by 200%+ month over month, quarter over quarter, and year over year.
